Snarl...

In bad mood. Had bad night, so turned alarm off and went back to sleep. Fifteen minutes later phone rang. Legitimate call, but afterwards couldn't get back to sleep. Later, mother called. Wants me to crawl around in her attic to find roof leak. Fun all around.

Dreary, rainy, I have to get allergy shot and groceries, then clear kitchen for new counters tomorrow morning. And have to get up early for that.

Argh...

Must Have Heard That Wrong...

Lots of static on the hourly NPR news, and this _can't_ be right. What I heard was that Chinese officials have agreed to meet with the Dali Lama if he renounces violence.
