Windows Puzzler

Several time Windows has told me it needs my Hotmail account password to report a problem, usually with Office. Since I don't have a Hotmail account I can't give a password, and the problem goes unreported. huh?

Note that this is not the Dr. Watson problem reporter, but something else.
