I swear that the average intelligence on this planet has declined at least twenty points since I graduated college.

Case in point: There are politicians who actually believe that having a machine call people at home to deliver a political commercial will increase their chance of getting elected.

Sorry, Rod, it makes *us* less likely to vote for them, but it does make *some* people more likely to. And they outnumber us.
