Out of Sorts

stickmakerOkay. Yesterday I was in pain the whole day, possibly due to a pinched nerve in my neck. This morning that's faded and almost gone, but I have a dry, irritated throat. Sucking zinc in the hopes I don't get a cold.
I ran my X-world game for the first time last night. I had a lot of trouble gathering my thoughts, between the pain and the long interval since previously running a game. I'm wondering now if part of it was coming down with whatever this is. I will definitely try to have more ready for next time. In truth, though, I needed to get a feel for what would work with the characters, rather than trying to force them into something inappropriate.
Will try to make the LexFA meeting at Gattitown today. Not making any promises.
