Consumer Complaints
Oct. 1st, 2013 02:45 pmOne of the two local Kroger's stores recently completed a major expansion. However, despite now having about twice the shelf space, they don't stock several of the items I used to get there! The most blatant example is Progresso Reduced Sodium Chicken Noodle Soup. There's a labeled rack for it, but it contains cream of mushroom, as does the rack to its right, which is also labelled for a chicken soup of some sort.
They have also greatly reduced the variety of granola products, so I can no longer get my favorite, roasted almond.
All this is separate from the longer-running problem of baggers who put hot and cold items in the same insulated bag, then use the other one for room-temperature things.
