Does Look Like It...

Noticed something in my second-largest flower bed this morning. This is in the spot where I had the stump of a large tree ground out. It's what's known as Dog Vomit fungus:

Mine looks more like the second image, to the right.

Several years ago (after dumping some moldy provolone on it) I had what looked very much like a slime mold crawl out of my compost heap and produce fruiting stalks.
