Wow. Not feeling well so took temp. 96.2 F/35.7 C/308.7 K.

Slept poorly, woke early and couldn't get back to sleep. No appetite. Not sure what's going on, but will almost certainly skip gaming tonight.

One of my favorite Winter meals starts with brown rice. I add sliced bamboo shoots, and let those cook with the rice while preparing the rest of the dish. That is leftover roast beef, diced and added for the last 10 - 15 minutes of cooking.

Season to taste. :-)
