Sick Again, or Maybe Still

I seem to have gone straight from an intestinal virus into a cold, or maybe even the flu. So, I'm warning folks that I may not be there at all tomorrow night.

I am hoping (fingers crossed, touch wood) this is something short-lived. I felt fine this morning until about 3:00, but since then have been really tired and sleepy and even a bit feverish. So, don't plan on it.

This just flat figures. I was getting back into karate class, but missed two this week and will probably miss a special upper-rank training session tomorrow. :-(

This is the first time I've had something infectious in months, and I'm really bummed out about it.
