Interesting. According to Amazon, there's almost no connection between _The
Adventures of Baron Munchausen_ and any other product. The strongest link is
that 6% who view the page also go on to buy _Time Bandits_.

Is this just a quirk of Amazon's automated marketing suggestions, or is that movie something which stands
by itself, with fans who have little overlap with other similar
movies (whimsical/fantasy) in the genre?

The first time I saw _Attack of the 50ft Woman_ I was impressed. It was very atmospheric and _film noir_. It opened with the sheriff and his deputy finding a flying saucer in the desert, encountering a giant alien (as opposed to an alien giant :-), discovering that the alien was responsible for the theft of a famous diamond, driving the alien off with dynamite, then commenting on how weird that last few days had been.

Fade to extended flashback, which showed how events had reached that conclusion. All very well paced and moody, quite well done.

The second time I saw it they had the reels in the right order...
