Amusing Moment of the Day

I just confused a Chase phone solicitor severely. He had noticed the low balance on my card and wanted to offer a special incentive low fixed rate for a loan to pay off other cards, etc. I told him I had almost no debt because I had paid off most of my loans and credit card balances in anticipation of retiring at the end of March. He wasn't sure how to respond to that. :-)
