Does anyone else think the last scene in the movie _Space Cowboys_ is a tribute to Heinlein's _Requiem_?

Even if it's just a coincidence, I like this movie, a lot.

I just heard a narrator on a History Channel program about archaic weapons make the statement "Charcoal contains traces of carbon."

Uh, no. Charcoal is entirely carbon, though perhaps with traces of other substances.

Well, they claim they're teaching history, not chemistry. Argh...
