While gun writer Skeeter Skelton was a deputy Sheriff he had to deal with a big boar hog hit by car. It ran into some brush and Skeeter crawled in after it. When he saw it, it charged. When he came out of the brush all the other deputies were smirking and chuckling. When he confronted one, the guy only said "Aw, skeet, we didn't mean no harm.
