How Do I Keep Doing This?

Yesterday I reached into a stack of Original flavor deep fried turkey lunchmeat containers and grabbed one which (hopefully) had been kept away from heat and light. Got it home, opened it today for lunch, and immediately smelled something was wrong. It was Cajun Style.
