Movie Music

I heard this wonderfully frenetic music in a credit card commercial. It sounded familiar but I couldn't place it. Later I heard the same piece in commercials for _Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium_, and realized the credit card commercial - set in a magical store - was connected. (No, I don't pay much attention to commercials. Why do you ask?) So, I bought the soundtrack CD for the movie. It arrived yesterday... and that piece of music isn't on it.

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know where this music is originally from and where I can get it?
