More Kroger Woes

I keep finding more stuff I used to get at Kroger's before their expansion which they no longer stock. Today, half the items on my list was not on their shelves. (How can you *not* have beef bouillon?!)

Went to Wal-Mart and got most of the rest, but not the soup. I suspect Progresso simply is no longer making the Reduced Sodium Chicken and Noodle.

A few months back the Kroger I go to rearranged everything....maybe they moved the beef bouillon to a different section than they used to have it in (they did that in ours...was in a section that didn't make sense to me but I can't recall what that section was.)...did you ask an employee?

No, I found the bouillon, and the space where the beef flavor was supposed to be. There just wasn't any.

It's always okay to flag someone down (especially a manager) to inquire about missing products. Sometimes, it's a distribution thing, sometimes it's the manufacturer, and sometimes it's a store stock decision. In the last case, letting them know someone has enough interest in a product to ask about it can bump it back onto the order list. The other two situations are sadly out of the store's control.
