Period Correct Gear

Last October I bought a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson Military and Police revolver made in 1937. It was sold to the Canadian Military, and obviously not used much. The cylinder lockup is still very tight. With the right load it will group under 2" at 25 yards, from a rest. (Not bad for a gun over 80 years old.) Since the Canadians used the British military cartridge of .38 S&W (older and less potent than the .38 Special) with a 200 grain bullet I needed a while to find the right load.

Last week I acquired a period-correct (though new made) holster. Today I got a period-correct (though new made) cartridge belt. The combo looks pretty cool.
