Not Feeling So Good

I got the pneumonia vaccination yesterday (Thursday). I asked at the time and was told there weren't really any side effects.

By bedtime I was feeling drained and even having dizzy spells. The injection site was slightly swollen and very sore.

This morning I was worse, feeling like I was getting a bad case of the flu. So, I looked up the side effects:

>In adults, the most common side effects were pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site, limitation of arm movement, fatigue, headache, >muscle pain, joint pain, decreased appetite, vomiting, fever, chills, and rash.

I have most of those, without the headache, vomiting and rash.

>The side effects of the pneumonia shot, otherwise known as the pneumococcal vaccine, disappear within a few days.

Not looking forward to this.
