Forget Music of the Spheres

Segment about a blind physicist who turns data from supernovae into orchestral sounds:

The examples they have available for playing remind me of _Colossus: The Forbin Project_ and similar movies.

Shocking...

Maybe I'm only noticing because It's attracted my attention, but I am increasingly seeing people typoing "lightning" as "lightening."

The first is a discharge of natural electricity. The second is weight reduction or increasing illumination.

There was actually a cartoon about this in an aviation magazine several years ago. A dim-bulb pilot heard folks praising their "lightening" holes and decided to get some of his own by flying through a storm.
