Homeland Security Discovers High US Incidence of Prostrate Cancer

A common treatment of discrete cancer tumors is implantation of tiny radioactive "seeds" in the tumors. This is especially true of prostate cancer. Unfortunately, given current efforts to monitor for illicit radioactive materials potentially in the hands of terrorists, there have been many cases of cancer patients causing false-positive reactions:

Notice that when their inadequately trained people improperly use expensive equipment to harass law-abiding citizens, the most common response of administrators is to blame the patients and their doctors.
